These guides describe product and validation workflows. Software access, beta applications and diagnostic uploads are not currently open. Pricing is undecided.
Import or preview issues
Check the format, RAW decoder, and task type. For mask or orientation issues, inspect a single-frame preview and its coordinates before restarting a full stack.
Download and installation
An empty download listing means no release is available; service failures are shown separately. Invited participants can request another sign-in link when a link or session expires. Do not bypass system signing warnings.
Provide reproducible information
Include platform, OS, AstroX build, steps, and the error. Diagnostic uploads are optional and require an available upload service; inspect private paths and information before submitting.
